Born and raised in Barbados, Chef Damian's culinary journey began at a young age when he discovered his love for food while helping his grandmother in the kitchen. This early exposure to traditional Bajan flavors and techniques ignited his culinary curiosity and set him on a path to become a chef.
After completing his formal culinary education, Chef Damian honed his skills in prestigious kitchens both locally and abroad.
